prior to 4.0.1 I was using Achievement Screenshotter 3.1. But since 4.0.1 that addon doesnt work. Would this addon be a good replacement for auto screen shot function?

When I say 'good' I ask: Is it holding up in 4.0.1?

Please update for 4.0

Is this addon still in development? I don't know of any specific problems, but I know this addon won't load unless you select "Load out of date addons." Are you still active on this project? Have you received sufficient donations / praise to make this worthwhile for you?

It takes a screenshot when you exit combat, since taking a screenshot lags the screen and sometimes minibosses (Sarth 3d) die during and encounter which is not the time where you want to lag out or take a screenshot.

The act of taking screenshots alone causes lag while WoW does it's fancy compression and conversion or whatever of the picture to save it.

What would be nice is a way to easily turn this mod on and off in-game so in certain situations such as this, it won't interfere with the fight.

For some reason, it didn't click that you were the author. Wasn't thinking about it.

Anyways, I'm not sure how difficult it would be, but I'm fairly sure most, if not all bosses have "emotes" or yell something specific when they die. Would it be hard to just get it to parse the chat log and look for those phrases and take a screenshot when they appear?

That would solve the SS upon death thing. Which is nice, but eh. Maybe it could be an option to turn on or off.

Not sure if it's a problem I'm having, but this mod doesn't seem to really work properly. It seems to have worked a couple times, of which were just times when I died, not the boss. I can see when I click on a boss I get the message that the addon found a boss, I'm also not sure if this is related to why it works or not.

For example, though, I would make sure before we started the fight that Memento found the boss but it wouldn't take a picture upon it's death. I'm also a healer class, so I never target the boss.

I would really love a mod like this to help me keep up with taking neat screenshots.

It definitely seems to screenshot when *I* die as well, which isn't really desirable. :P
