MoveTalkingHead
Makes that message dialog movable with Shift-Left-Click
You can move it by shift-clicking and dragging
It can also be scaled with the mouse wheel (while pressing shift)
Note that the frame will be made click-through when not holding shift so it doesn't block quest givers or mobs underneath it, but if you want to right-click the frame away you need to hold shift as well.
This does not work with ElvUI, which already supports moving it with /moveui
Slash Commands:
/th 0.8 - - - - sets the scale to 0.80 (can be between 0.50 to 2.00)
/th reset - - resets the position and scale

Posted Aug 14, 2016You can move it by shift-leftclicking the frame when it appears, no need to change the savedvars. But if you still want to edit the savedvars, you need to change the "dx" and "dy" variables
Note that it doesn't work for ElvUI if you are using that, but that has its own mover

Posted Aug 14, 2016It clamps to the screen when dragging, so it shouldn't be possible to drag it off screen. Otherwise type /mth reset

Posted Aug 11, 2016It should lock into position as soon as you are done dragging it. Relogging or reloading shouldn't reset the position
Can you try if this happens without any other addons enabled?
(Edit) this won't work with ElvUI at least, but it has its own mover
