What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

The old XLoot and the default loot frame both support placing the loot window directly under the mouse cursor.
It would be nice to see that in NekoLoot, too.

Please provide any additional information below.

The window should be placed so that the cursor is always centered over the first item in the list. That way you can (non-auto) loot without moving the mouse.
