PitBull Unit Frames 4.0
PitBull Unit Frames 4.0
Woof. Arf. Yip.
Getting Started:
You can help translate PitBull for your language with the localization tool.
Classic
PitBull works with WoW Classic! Classic Era/Vanilla is supported in
v4.3.x-vanilla
releases. Cataclysm Classic is supported in v4.2.x
releases
(the same releases retail use).
Classic Era caveats:
- Aura duration is not available from the API, so PitBull uses LibClassicDurations to show them. The duration can be inaccurate if it's affected by rank or talents.
- Cast info is only available for your spells from the API. PitBull uses LibClassicCasterino to show cast bars for other units, but this can be inaccurate since there is a lot of guess-work involved.

So in order to customize each unit individually, you will need to create a new layout for each unit. Im going to make a tutorial video on you tube to help with this.....words are gay...voices are awesome
Thanks Shefki, fully up to date now, and only getting this bug error now:

Pitbull DOES allow you to use Blizzard frames in addition to the PB frames. (I say this with certainty as that is what I am now using) to turn the Blizzard frames for buffs/debuffs on go to /pb Modules > Hide Blizzard Frames and uncheck what you want to see. If you already have it unchecked, then be sure to check all your other add ons you have that may be hiding that frame.
Glad you got it worked out :D
I'm having an issue that I can't seem to trouble shoot. Tidyplates creates debuff icons on the health plates, which is very useful in pvp. Pitbull seems to override that, and won't let them show. I tried disabling debuff auras in Pitbull, but now it won't show any debuffs period, and even my power aura events can't trigger. So I set it back to normal, but I'd really like to let Todyplates/Power Auras handle the debuff info. Anyway I can get Pitbull to put the bone down nicely?
If you were just wanting a class icon with no portrait... its in the portrait module under Indicators.
@jimy8083: To do that, you need to make a layout for player and one for the target. Check the link to the excellent guides in the description above on how to do that.
Sorry I miss spoke in my earlier post. What I want to be able to do is hide the buffs, debuffs, and cast bar for the player frame while still keeping the buffs, debuffs, and cast bar for the target frame and I can't seem to be able to figure it out.
This is a popular request and I know there has been some progress on making this type of ability possible... just not done yet. Patience Padawan!
