Classic
PitBull works with WoW Classic! Classic Era/Vanilla is supported in
v4.3.x-vanilla
releases. Cataclysm Classic is supported in v4.2.x
releases
(the same releases retail use).
Classic Era caveats:
- Aura duration is not available from the API, so PitBull uses LibClassicDurations to show them. The duration can be inaccurate if it's affected by rank or talents.
- Cast info is only available for your spells from the API. PitBull uses LibClassicCasterino to show cast bars for other units, but this can be inaccurate since there is a lot of guess-work involved.

First off, an excellent addon. I use pitbull since many years. ;)
I just noticed the implementation of animated health bars and it looks very nice.
But when I switch my target (e.g. from a dead target to a 100% full hp target) there is also the animation and that looks like a huge heal though its just a different target. I think the animation makes more sense for damage and healing and not for switching targets. Would that be an easy change or am I too fussy? :D

I was wondering if pitbull 4 works in arena as unitframes or not before giving it a try.... anyone has any info about this?
The destruction warlock green embers graphic seems to reset to the normal colored one whenever you zone. A reload ui is needed to get them back to being green.
I loooooooong to see support for boss frames. These are overall the most important frames in raiding.
How do i hide my name and do so it just show de % of my health so the bars look cleaner?
Please add support for raid boss frames.

However, I noticed something today:
When doing a reload UI it shows as green in embers. However, after dying or zoning, it goes back to normal orange embers.
A reload UI fixes it again.
when ever I try ti dismis my hunter pet , I get attempt to call blizz protected function and I am prompted to disable pitbull before I can dismis my pet , right now im having to use a pet dismis macro
beta44 has the fix for that.

Is there a module for flag carrier in warsong, etc.?
There's an option to hide that in /pb, Modules, Hide Blizzard, Buffs/Debuffs (or something like that I'm not logged into the game atm).
The default buff/debuffs still show on my screen in the top right. Is there anyway to disable this?

Please ensure you have UNIT_LEVEL selected as a trigger event in the DropDown menu below the text field with your script ;)
I am using the most recent version of PitBull4 and I created a custom lua text for the player level indicator. It works and displays correctly but does not update correctly, when I level it wont update the new level, same code works fine for my target, I have to reload every level to fix it. Just in case its the code and im just missing something:
sorry if im in the wrong place. I wasnt sure if it was a ticket post for PitBull4 or I have an error with my lua post.

This is a really small feature request, but I have no idea how much effort it would take to implement it so I understand if the answer is just "no."
I thought it would be nice if for the monk ability "Diffuse Magic", when it reverses debuffs onto their casters, the debuffs showed as being cast by the monk.
Specifically, my debuffs have a blue border on the target, and when I Diffuse Magic an effect onto them it doesn't have a blue border.
I'm guessing the border checks for the original source of the effect, but could it also check to see if it came from Diffuse Magic in some way?
