PitBull Unit Frames 4.0
PitBull Unit Frames 4.0
Woof. Arf. Yip.
Getting Started:
You can help translate PitBull for your language with the localization tool.
Classic
PitBull works with WoW Classic! Classic Era/Vanilla is supported in
v4.3.x-vanilla
releases. Cataclysm Classic is supported in v4.2.x
releases
(the same releases retail use).
Classic Era caveats:
- Aura duration is not available from the API, so PitBull uses LibClassicDurations to show them. The duration can be inaccurate if it's affected by rank or talents.
- Cast info is only available for your spells from the API. PitBull uses LibClassicCasterino to show cast bars for other units, but this can be inaccurate since there is a lot of guess-work involved.

Is it possible to get rid of the "clamp to screen" option ?
Great addon btw !
If so... the option to not use it is in the Frame Movement drop down at the top. Alternatively, you can hold down shift to override the snap to.
If you are talking about something else... please provide some additional information to clarify what you are looking for.
What I'm aiming for, is to have i.e. health on the left side of the screen, mana on the right. It's possible to do it with one frame, putting a huge "blank bar" in the middle and making it "clicktrough" but then I'm losing my right button menu options. Even if this can be accessed by targeting myself and clicking rmb on target's frame, its still a bit awkward. Also I cant specify details about each of the bars (health/mana), cant fully control their size, look etc.
2. Other quick question: will it be possible to have our frames put in different shapes? They're now - more or less - rectangles. What about orbs, triangles... such stuff?
3. Speaking about alternate power bar -- I cant see it either. Double checked if it's enabled, if module is running, changed it position, size to be sure its big enough not to miss it, yet, I see none. Reinstalled all my addons lately (wiped all config data as well) to fix this (and other problems) but nothing changed. There are no pitbull errors, so its hard to say what's wrong. I guess, after the wipe my default pitbull settings should have this bar enabled... but cant see it.
2 - Feel free to make a feature request ticket on wowace. I don't believe there are plans to do so at this time.
3 - This bar will only show up during a battle or encounter in which it is used, or while in solo config mode. (Default is hot pink color). If it is not, check that you have it enabled on the layout (under bars) and that it is enabled under modules > Alternate Power Bar
2. Will do!
3. Yes, checked both of the options and yes, Im aware that it comes up only during (particular) fights.
P.s. Just a side note, this one of the major addons I use, and one of the best ones. Great job.
first of all thanks very much for this addon! I've been using it for like ages und I'm happy with it!
But I want to report a bug:
If you switch specialization, the before hidden blizzard group/raid frames re-appear. You have to deactivate and re-activate this moduale in the config menu.
Like in BOT no corruption bar, in BWD no soundbar. And even the epic cloak quest or my moonkin. What do i have marked on or off i shouldn't.....
I hope someone knows :(
I suspect it's a game wide issue since I think I saw similar issues on Power Auras.
Probably some debufs are 'cast by me' internally, but not really intuitively.
And as a bonus it has boss frames.
I happen to use ICWhatUDidThere
And things like 'pets', very easy to be able to test them since simply people may not have pets, etc.
This is because it's not even a matter of any battleground.
We have to set it for 5man party, for 10man raid, for 25man raid.
1 priority.
Again I understand the author is busy, this is a free project, etc., however I do feel the users should be informed.
