Quartz
Quartz is a modular approach to a casting bar addon. An overview of (hopefully most of) the modules:
*Player
The core of Quartz is lightweight implementation of a standard casting bar, with configurable size, text and icon positioning, and colors.
*Target/Focus
Implementation of target and focus casting bars in similar fashion to the player cast bar.
*Buffs
Display of target and focus buffs and debuffs as duration bars.
*Flight
Hooks into FlightMap or InFlight to display the current flight progress on your casting bar.
*Global Cooldown
Displays a tiny spark-bar to show your Global Cooldown near the cast bar. Helpful for those who'd rather not squint at their action bars to see when they can cast again.
*Interrupt
Changes the color and text of your casting bar to help show that your cast has been interrupted (and show who interrupted it).
*Latency
Displays the amount of time spent between cast send and start events, in the form of a bar at the end of your casting bar, with optional text that displays the actual duration of the lag. This helps in canceling casts when they will not actually be interrupted, especially for users with consistently high pings.
*Mirror
Shows the 'basic' timers such as breath and feign death, as well as some 'odd' ones such as party invite time, resurrect timeout, and arena game start, and a framework for injecting custom timers into the bars.
*Range
Recolors the casting bar when your cast target moves out of range mid-cast.
*Swing
Displays a swing timer for your melee weapon as well as hunter autoshot.
*Timer
Allows for creating custom timers displayed on the mirror bars.
*Tradeskill Merge
Merges multiple casts of the same tradeskill item into one big cast bar.
Use /quartz to bring up the configuration menu.
Yes, by using only one weapon.
Another vote here to bring the latency back please. Really great feature of the addon.
Why the latency bar was removed in the first place???
Is there any way to choose which curses/buffs etc Quartz will track? Can you add an option so we can disable what we don't want to be tracked in order to be less mess in the screen?
Thank you.
Please bring back the latency display. I'll never not use Quartz, it is by far the best casting bar and you did an amazing job developing it, but the latency display was so, so useful for players like me, who sometimes suffer from a somewhat unreliable connection. It smoothes things out. It makes the game more playable. It's by far the best feature of the cast bar. I appreciate Quartz and your work, but pretty please, bring it back. :)
please can I get answer if the Latency will be updated and added again or will it never come back?
OK so since 3.3 I get a mini of my own health bar mid-screen with HP and rage on it. Can't figure how to turn that off. It only comes on when in combat, and looks like Quartz design. Can I get some help?
Heres pics of it:

hahahah this guy...
One more vote for Latency come back!
YES PLEASE!
Is the latency bar coming back?
I can't seem to disable the target, focus and pet bars (I only intend to use the player bar) and I'd rather not have them taking up space on my screen. Can anyone help?
GCD bar looks like this and i can't change size or anything http://i.imgur.com/J6CHH05.jpg
Its fixed thanks.
I'm having the exact same issue as mattdorana (post #2195) - target and focus cast bars only work if I am targeting or focusing myself. I've been using Quartz for years without any problems, and this has only started happening over the last week or so. Version 3.3.0
I can't seem to get the target or focus bars to work.
Well they "Work" in the sence that they actually track the targets casts, they just don't show up.
I have tried disable and enable and various configs.
However if I toggle the bar lock so that all bars display the castbar actually shows the cast along with all relevant data, it just doesn't toggle it to show when they cast it.
Target and focus DOES work when targeting/focusing myself. They popup and show the same data as the "player" cast bar
Tried Clearing Addons, WTF, reinstalling.
using version 3.3.0
I'm having the same issue.

Pls' make a "disable Blizzard default target bar", since Blizz' have removed the option to disable their default target cast bar! :( You have an option to turn ALL (but one - target bars) off, and I would love for you to implement this! :)
