RaidWatch 2
Raid Watch 2
Raid Watch is an addon for tracking events during boss fights in both raid and 5-men dungeons. It will keep track of important boss cooldowns, warn for events that requires the users attention and inform about some things that happen around him. It will do this in the form of timer bars, sounds, big warning text accompanied with a screen flash for the most important stuff and small text messages for less important things, direction arrow and more.
Raid Watch also have some functionality that is useful outside of boss fights, such as in game eqDKP display.
I have decided to disable the comments on curse.com since they are hard to keep track of, so instead:

From version 1.46 there is now a new module that handles the new alternate power bar that blizzard added. This bar is used in a few encounters and quests so far, for example Cho'gall for the corruption and Atramedes for the sound bar. This new plugin let you position it, or hide it completely and instead show a normal bar using the multi-purpose bar plugin that is used for health bars and other small things atm. The options for this plugin can be found under Plugins -> Alternate Power Bar.

Features
- Timer bars Gives an easy overview of given events during an encounter
- All timers will move between 2 or 3 anchors depending on their the length of the duration they have left. These anchors can be moved freely and placed individually. You can also configure at what duration they should move to each anchor.
- Personal warnings Easy to react to message that is only shown to yourself when it concerns you
- Messages Messages show about events happening to the raid or the boss in question.
- Health frames Shows the current health of the boss, and also npcs when usefull. Can also be used to show other things besides health. One example i the Blood Power stacks in the Deathbringer Saurfang encounter.
- Raid marking Automatic raid marks for important events that happen to players or NPCs.
- Directions For some events you will get arrows pointing towards the point of interest.
- Customization
- Each event that is tracked in an encounter have detailed settings where you can turn of messages, timers and icons individually depending on your current role.
- Colors and sounds can be individually set for each type of warning for each event.
- Fonts, textures and colors can also be set on a global space to be able to make fast changes and have a uniform look of all objects.
- Statistics You can see how many times you have done each encounter, how many times you defeated it, how many wipes. You can also see your fastest kill so far. All this is recorded separately for 10- and 25-men raid and also for normal and heroic.
- Load on Demand All boss mods are in their own modules and are not loaded into memory until they are needed, and this will be done automatically. But can also be loaded manually if needed for configuration before raids.
Including mods for
- The Ruby Sanctum
- Icecrown Citadell
- Crusaders Coliseum
- Ulduar
- Vault of Archavon
- 5-men
- Forge of Souls
- Pit of Saron
- Trial of the Champion
Localization
Raid Watch 2 is fully or partially translated to most languages, but could use some more people to help with the translation as they are important to make the mods to work for all languages. At any point where boss emotes or yells are used as triggers it will or may not work on other clients. But things that only rely on combat log events will still work.
If you want to contribute to the localization simply go to the Localization page or click the localization tab up top and then on your language and start translating. It is open for anyone as long as you have an account here.

Doing a version check with 1.26-release grants this error:
http://pastebin.com/XvuH0Pwm
My guild has started to use it, and like it so far. The only request they had was a way to target thru it. Other than that, great bossmod :)
No, its only realy usefull for people that dont have grid to know who is bitten and tag someone they will bite. It is also only usefull if everyone in the raid uses it. I have never had a chance to use it so I dont even know if it works properly
Does bitebuddy provide a targeting mechanism, like target via the bite buddy frames?
Nevermind, beta2 is busted too...I guess just release version for now until everything gets fixed.
So downgrade to beta2 for now?
I just checked trough the code again and it may be a bug even in the beta3 where no mods will start. Its because I was trying to work around another problem that was reported about the saurfang mods starting again instantly after you killed him.
This is probably why it did not work your you either thabenjen on those bosses where it didnt start at all, if you used 1.26-beta3.
It may be fixed in r406 but wont know for sure until in a few hours.
I see. No problem. Because yea I had even did a clean and fresh install by deleting that file and setting everything up again, went into H PoS and nothing activated. I'll go back to beta because I had no idea that the alpha versions were blind coding -.-
I would recommend that you go back to latest beta, the alpha version may not work at all at times since I do a lot of coding at work (during downtime :D) where I can't test it. So its not tested until later when I get home.
Ok well I just updated to r405 and tested it out to see if it works in H FoS and...it didn't and yes the module was loaded. Should I delete the RaidWatch, lua file located under the \WTF\Account\X\SavedVariables directory?
@mangeg Yup there was an issue last night with the combatlog. Half the raid had to relog halfway through the raid cause it just stopped working. Was using v1.26-beta3 last night. When we go back to ICC again tonight can give you a better report. Thank you for the response and keep up the good work.
Since I do the change log manually I don't update it for alpha versions generally. But for r405 I only added some libraries to the embeds that will be used later.
What's the changelog of r405?
@thabenjen:
I will be doing ICC tonight and see if I can find any problems, but none in my guild have had any problems with it not starting.
One thing that happens a lot when mods that depend on the combatlog stops working is that your combatlog in game has stopped reporting. This is a client issue and nothing I can do anything about. The only way to solve it is to either run the script
witch will solve it 8/10 time or just restart your client. For example on Saurfang, timers like the one for the first set of beats is started when you engage him by talking to the NPC, and that does not require the combatlog since it just a NPC yell it is looking for. But for the timer to start again once the beats are spawned it needs the combatlog event. And if that does not work nothing will trigger for the rest of the fight.
But if that is not the case then I need to know what version of Raid Watch you used and if you play on a non english client.
I like the look of this boss mod but it was pretty flaky. Some boss fights it wouldn't be active at all. On deathbringer saurfang it worked pretty well on announcing the first set of blood beast but then didnt work after that and the other pluggins i had active didnt show up. On Blood princes it just didnt go acitve at all. Same thing happend with Loot ship and lord marrowgar. Not sure if having the instance set to heroic had an effect or what or if the patch did something screwy.
Chilled to the Bone high stack count warning comes quite late (at 8 stacks)
AVR circles are inconsistent between phase 2 and phase 3, they are most likely too small in phase 2.
The default sound played on this encounter when Icy Grip is used is quite a long one that's hard to hear on top of the yell she makes when she uses the ability.
Don't know how to explain it better, but hope it makes sense.
