  • Suppress route-drawing if the map isn't visible
    The blizzard code we're relying on for the line angle eventually does a
    GetCenter call on the anchor pins, which doesn't work when the entire
    map frame is hidden. (I assume it's optimizing away doing actual placing
    of frames somewhere, if nothing can be seen.)
    Fixes #105
