Gave myself the ability to much better flag mobs and treasures as having conditions that must be met before they'll be alerted
...used this for some Zereth Mortis treasures. I still need to gather more vignette IDs for this, but the worst offenders should be gone.
Coincidentally, show the vignette ID if known on the tooltip for the mob/loot popup
