Improvements to mob positions when linking to chat and making waypoints:
- If we see a vignette after some other method, update the popup to know about that
- If we know about a vignette, always request fresh coordinates from it rather than trusting the initial coords
- Don't trust that the player must be nearby if we noticed the mob from an emote, thanks lots of Zereth Mortis zone-wide emotes
March 3rd hotfix: Interrogator's Vicious Dirk now drops from all the Dune Domination mobs
