even more tweaks to syncs. lets just make it uniform across board and accept that syncs from group members and guild members are two completely different desires so they should just be separate across sounds and click2target options.

comment out CRITERIA_UPDATE for now, it's a cpu hog and causes massive game lag when a lot of quest objectives fire at once (such as bombing quests for mantid)
