add a InCombatLockdown() check to idle message, since combat disables the auto logout and causes it to go haywire and SPAM idle message indefinitely with no logout.

kill those town zone overrides again. the map changing in them is annoying and there is just no way ANY of rares will be in range of town unless kited there
