sRaidFrames

Table of Contents

This project is abandoned and its default file will likely not work with the most recent version of World of Warcraft. Whether this project is out of date or its author has marked it as abandoned, this project is no longer maintained.

sRaidFrames was originally designed to replace the raid frames provided by CT_RaidAssist. They share the same look and feel of the original frames, but are highly optimized and even include extra features such as aggro highlighting and display of PVE critical abilities.

hi there,

I have a question, i cant see the hp percent when the raidmember is on full hp. Can i change it? i want see the 100% text. :)

Uncheck "Hide health at 100%".

It was switched to a LDB plugin.
Install Broker2FuBar if you want to show LDB plugins on the FuBar.

I used sRaidframes since start of BC. I play as Tree and all the time i asking me is there a options to show timers from hots in the raidframes? I love the raidframes so much its design an that you see when the tank uses last stand buttons and so on but i want timers for my hots it would improve my healing enourmus.

Maybe this option allready exist and i am just too stupid to configure it.

Hope someone can help me.

V2.0: I don't get any HP based text to work. Neither %, defizit, full. Just the graphical bar works. I did Malygos just an hour ago and getting the drake in target when clicking on anybody in the raidframes still doesn't work.

Vehicle targetting won't work with any Addon until Blizzard makes this possible.
The only way for Addons is to show vehicles as pets, but sRaidFrames currently doesn't support pets.

Yes, sadly thats true. Vehicle targeting is just impossible right now.

Which layout did you use when you encountered the other bugs?

Version 2 does't really work. Raidframes are "empty", i have only the border. Also all settings are lost. I miss the fubar support.

Odd, I've used Version 2 and it does work. I had to redo everything but it seems to work rather well. I've noticed that in the past when you moused over a frame, it sometimes gave the wrong location of the person. Now it gives the corect location. I have a feeling Ace 3 is better than Ace 2.

Right now, instead of using pre-set buffs though, for raiding, I pretty much just typed in the white list of buffs for a priest, and that seems to work pretty well for me, as there's no "show buffs castable only by my class" option.

Otherwise, sraidframes seems to work just like it has in the past.

The preset is there, just a bit harder to find. There are other bugs though. For some reason the borders are crazily oversized for me, making them impossible to use (the border from one member would stretch out to cover both the member above and below). Very messy.

And since highlights are based off the borders, that makes highlights inoperable too.

And I'm thinking your mouseover location working every time so far has just been a fluke. I've had it read Unknown a few times. That might just be separate bugs though.

Oh, and I almost forgot - I haven't had a chance to try it yet, but is there support for vehicles now? Getting really annoyed with having to use original raidframes every time we do Malygos or Flame Leviathan.

btw. the curse-System doesn't allow "optional" or "alternates" files. Maybe it is a good idea to seperate Version 2? for example i doesn't see the update to version 1.0

I could try to get pet support in, that would give you pet frames for the vehicles, but the "proper" solution is just impossible :(

Like the author is actually reading this, here's my two pence:
I really like this addon, and it surpasses any raid frame by far, yet I'm still missing a simple feature, which can be found in CT_RaidMod.

The command '/radisband' actually removes all members present in the raid, ending with the player executing the command. I personally think this ain't hard to add, if you actually read this, please consider making the greatest raid frame even greater.

That command is included in what might be considered a 'sister' product called oRA2 (http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-addons/details/ora2.aspx).
