Scott Sibley:
    - Shorten the delay between GameTooltip being anchored to the bottom right and it actually being positioned. You can't position it right away because SetDefaultAnchor happens before SetUnit. I guess 30ms wasn't short enough. :) Lowered it to 5ms just to be sure. I don't see it on my slow computer, but users complained about it.
