After update no WIM Windows will showed anymore, also i get an error msg, lilke the one who Broesel01 said on his Comment, I replace me WiM to the other version
I hope the problem will be solved soon :)

Here's the problem and the temporary solution.
Problem:
If you start a conversation with Real ID WIM works fine. However if someone sends a tell to your Real ID you will see the whisper, but be unable to reply to them. You get the error message "Blah is not online"

Solution:
If you recieve a tell to your b.net account you must go to the chat bubble on your mini map and "X" the conversation, THEN go to that Real ID on your friends list and start your own conversation. Once you do this you will be able to chat with that person without any errors.

Obviously this is a problem that needs to be fixed, but at least there is a workaround for now.

Just noticed something interesting as an addendum to the "can't reply to friends through Battle.net" thing: I can send them tells through WIM just fine to begin with, WIM recognizes them as not being on the server, but when I try to reply to them is when it messes up.

WIM 3.3.5 I can receive whispers from Battle.net friends which is good but I cant reply to them :/

you can use the friends list, right click and click on "whisper" to reply back... you jus cant use the lil IM window to reply it... or at least thats the work around i use :P

I've had trouble linking professions in whisper for the longest time and with 3.3.5 the links don't work at all.

Shift clicking items and skills don't work either. Love this add-on though btw, keep up the great work!

I can't respond to friends though WIM who are connected through the battle net friends list. They can poke me, and the message window comes up, but when I try and respond or whisper them, it gives me that 'no player by that name' error.

Yes, bnet friend chat is a bit buggy. If they message you, you can't message them back using the WIM window that pops up. If you open a window to them, though, it works fine.

I had the same problem - I removed an addon called ChatTimestamps (since it is now built in) and that solved it for me.
