There's nothing wrong with it. I've tested it on Retail, Classic, etc. Something else you have loaded is breaking it.

Posted Feb 24, 2024so i can't access history or anything. when i click mini map icon my game stutters for a second and then nothing happens. same if I try and change incoming text color. any ideas?

Posted Feb 13, 2024yesterday i got a Pm and wim opened an extra chat window and the message was filterd . the text : klick to display message is not working than...
and the option to turn out any kind of chat filter is missing too

I think thats part of the default blizz chat now (terrible change). It did that to another PM manager I use, so the chat's are permanently lost. Ive been looking for something that disables this.

Posted Feb 8, 2024Minimap icon does not load on the minimap. I use sexymap addon. Workaround has been to go into WIM options and uncheck then recheck enable WIM or display minimap icon. Can the /wim enable macro or something similar be run during it's initial game-loading phase?

This feature isn't working since Spetember 2019 because of patch 8.2.5 / 1.13.2 which updated the SendWho api to require a hardware event.
You can still SHIFT-click the players name to send a server request for the player info.

Posted Dec 17, 2023Wow added a setting that censors chat by default in 10.1.7 but it can be disabled in the settings, however this only disables censoring messages on your own realm. if someone writes anything remotely inappropriate in my whispers from another realm its censored but without any addons I should be able to show the message. I used WIM tho and WIM doesnt let me click to show the message. there is no fix to this issue for other realm whispers, this needs to be fixed please I see a lot of people in the comments complaining about it too so im not alone with this one! Add a functionality that allows us to click "Show message" at least.

Posted Nov 30, 2023Invites to Community groups are blocked when someone send it in private msg to me with WIM. It says only original interface of WOW can do it. Any chance to fix it?
And is there any option in WIM to block opening a new original chat tab of WOW interface if private message received and WIM is enabled? This option is in original WOW interface, but need to turn it off when WIM is on, and turn it on when WIM is off for example.

Posted Nov 28, 2023For all of you, who have problem with icon not holding on your designed spot:
1. go to Games\World of Warcraft 1\_retail_\WTF\Account\YOURNAME\SavedVariables
2. Find WIM.lua
3. Logout your char
4. Edit it with notepad++ or whatever
5. find ["free_position"]
6. Update position manually. First line "y" is UP, second line "x" is from left to right if you have ["point"] = "BOTTOMLEFT" like me
7. Save and login to check where icon is, repeat 3-7 until you find the spot
It took me few logouts, still beter than constantly moving icon out of chat box on every character on every /reload or login. This setting stays on all of them.

Posted Sep 28, 2023Run into an issue with WIM seemingly censoring some posts but the profanity filter is NOT turned on. I can't see the entire message so not even sure if it's something insignificant. It says "Message from *player* is potentially inapproriate. [Show Message] (In yellow text) I'm unsure how to show the message. Anybody have any ideas?
