Since the 3.x updates, gets better with every release. Love it, use it, wouldn't dream of logging in without it. It's one of the very few that follows me from computer to computer and one of my answers when asked, "If you could only choose five addons, which ones would they be?"

I am getting this error from WIM and im not sure if its the one causing this problem but on the IM window I can see thin incoming whispers but I cant see the outgoing ones. Is there and addon that can be intercepting this? Anyway here is the error.

I had a problem with not being able to see whispers, and also getting a lua error. Turns out all I had to do was update the newest DBM and the problem went away. Wim working flawlessly once again, thanks

with the latest update i can send messages but i don't receive any. i get the message sound but no messages

Make sure you have the latest DBM. If the issue is occurring even when WIM is disabled... It is definitely not caused by WIM...

Delete DBM, Delete DBM settings files from /WTF/, Reinstall latest DBM.

I have a question: I selected to unlock the WIM icon from the minimap but I can't seem to rotate or move the WIM icon from where it's positioned directly over the Voice chat icon. IS there any way to move the icon from where it's currently seated?

I know it's a day late for the US community, but the patch came a week sooner than I had thought. Anyway, its up now.

WIM 3.1 has a new feature which everyone has been asking for for a long time now... CHAT SUPPORT. By default chat is disabled so if you want to use it, make sure you go into WIM's options (/wim) and enable what you want handled. You will also note that the options have been rearranged a little. This is because Whispers and Chat have their own option sets. For example, each have their own behavior rules, sounds, filters and history options. I tried to add as many options as I can conceive in order to have them function the way you'd want them to. Please note, although working, it is still lacking some features (such as intercept slash commands) and a few other which I did not have time to implement yet. I am expecting a lot of feedback on the chat functionality as it is new and we all know we can't please everyone in one shot.

I hope you enjoy, below is the complete change log:

* Rearranged WIM's options. Sounds & History are now in category Whispers.
* Revised BBCode export to avoid nested color tags. Thank you Stewart.
* Added credits menu to options. A lot of people deserve a big thanks.
* Updated LDB Module to behave the same as the minimap icon.
* Emoticons are no longer parsed in BBCode History View.
* New Chat Engine! Disabled by default. See WIM's Options (/wim).

here's my quick fix...
goto wowinterface.com, download the new update for TomTom. replace the Astrolabe folder in the libs direcroty of WIM with the one from TomTom

Above fix works great. Its just the "Astrolabe" folder causeing the problems. Just extract the TOMTOM one over the WIM version. Fixed!! Thanks!
