XLootGroup
Please use http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/xloot - Group is included in the package, and this is no longer maintained.
Smooth "Group Loot" roll frames
Options not featured in screenshot:
- Show time remaining on roll (Shown over icon)
- Show winning roll type icon (Need, greed, etc)
- Show undecided players
- When to track rolls you have decided on (Always, when rolling, never, by quality)
- Anchor direction (Up or down)
- Skins (Choose skin in XLoot 1.0, compatible with Masque skins)
- Frame scale, width, and button size
Loot Rolls anchor and Loot Popup anchors can be re-shown through the options panel or with /xlg
Skin used is determined by XLoot 1.0, if installed
When there's multiple things to be rolled (25man raids with lots of drops), XLoot shows only top few, then spawns more windows as I roll the previous ones. However, problem in those is that XLoot does not register any prior rolls made on those items, resulting it to show everyone pass instead of showing what they've really rolled.
That's a unfortunate result of having to guess which rollid a item belongs to, and you only recieve rollid information when a roll is displayed by the default UI - meaning, when one of the four slots is available. I think this is resolved in MoP, for which group will have to be re-written. Again.
Don't know if I should post this on xloot or here in group -
Keep getting this error -
56x XLoot\XLoot-r376.lua:403: XLootButton1Description:SetText(): Font not set XLoot-r376\libs\AceEvent\AceEvent-2.0-91097.lua:910: in function <XLoot\libs\AceEvent\AceEvent-2.0.lua:903>

I feel like I'm missing something obvious but how do you move the bar? I just came back to WoW so I don't remember. I love the stuff you added to track the rolls; it's great!
Make sure the "Group rolls" anchor is shown (/xlg) then drag it. /xlg again to hide, or click the X.
Awesome, thank you so much!
Oh it's in the description for the add-on. I feel dumb now, sorry :/
It's fine, glad you enjoy it =)
Been getting this error sinc eth latest update -
29x XLoot\XLoot-r376.lua:403: XLootButton1Description:SetText(): Font not set XLoot-r376\libs\AceEvent\AceEvent-2.0-91097.lua:910: in function <XLoot\libs\AceEvent\AceEvent-2.0.lua:903>

I see you're using Fonter from your post on its addon page. You will want to take it up with its developer, as it has caused a similar error in XLoot 1.0 - The quick but perhaps annoying resolution is to disable Fonter in the meantime.
Bit of both!
Thanks heaps for the reply.
Is there a way to turn off the list which show's who's rolled on the item when mousing over?
PS: Stunning addon!
Glad you like it =)
And currently there is no option to disable it. Was that a question or a feature request? Either way, I already added the necessary code and it will be in a future version.
One last thing;-) How about an example frame like you have made for xloot 1.0? Would make it easier to try out the settings before entering a dungeon or raid.
Not right now.
As far as when with the other changes be in, they're already in. You have to enable them in Group's options (/xlg opt is a shortcut to them, normally available in interface/addons)
What in xlootgroup do I have to enable/disable to get the explicit notation for "Locked" slots instead of tinting them? I see no option for that in the current version z8. Last night, when I was in a guildrun in DS with masterloot enabled, the item icons in the loot window where still tinted red.
Because that's part of XLoot itself, which needs to be updated to z30 (Which contains that change)
Any plans to release that version z30 of Xloot in the near future? On the same subject. I just saw on mmo-champion, that blizzard plans to release some kind of loot roll window for MOP that works like xloot?
It should have been up this whole time :( I just pinged curseforge staff to try to get it repackaged. It should be available shortly.
As far as MOP, there's a picture of it in XLoot1.0's comments, and yeah, I'll likely be updating it for that. Hopefully they set a dev to improve it, said dev realized not having a roll tracking API was retarded, and they fixed it, cutting out half the required code for Group.
I love the re-work of the addon, showing what people have rolled in the tooltip was a great addition. What I was wondering while seeing this in the LFR are though is if you can show who has not rolled yet. I was wondering if it was possible.
