BlizzMove
This addon makes the Blizzard windows movable.
To temporarily move a window, just click the title of the window and drag it to where you want it. Shift + right-click resets the position.
Use ctrl + scroll wheel over a window title to adjust the scale of the window. Ctrl + right-click resets the scale.
Use alt + drag to detach child frames from their parent. Alt + right-click re-attaches the child frame. (Examples of child windows are calendar event info frames, and similar)

Limitations:
- The default Blizzard separate bag frames are not movable - the default combined bag frame is movable
- BlizzMove does not disable Blizzard's built-in panel positioning logic. This means that opening, for example a profession window, might close or move other windows. To disable this default Blizzard behaviour, you can install No Auto Close.
- Due to a blizzard bug, there are issues when you rescale the map in retail. This cannot be fixed by us, and if you want it to work, let blizzard know.
Access some in-game options, by typing /bm in chat.

Posted Feb 21, 2024In reply to FarbasTO: scaling is remembered by blizzard itself until a reload or relog, this would be quite tedious to "fix", so I don't expect that to happen if I'm honest :)
by default, you already can't drag a frame completely off the screen, it'll get blocked at around 20%; we may look into making this % configurable though

How about an option to change the resize key to something else than Ctrl, or even disable this functionality alltogether? I would personally rather not have it if I can't make it reset automatically ^^'

Posted Feb 13, 2024While I'm here, are there any plans to implement an account-wide profile, or allow the Global Config to save to my Bnet account level? I have to keep resetting the Frame Position setting, every time I switch characters.

but for the same wow account, everything should already be accountwide
If you have questions or issues, it's best to post them on discord or github, CF doesn't send notifications for comments, so I often miss them until months later

Posted Feb 13, 2024Has someone already reported that it doesn't move the Transmog window, or any of the Collections windows (Mounts, Pet Journal, Toy Box, Heirlooms, etc)? They are not listed in the supported frames.

Posted Feb 13, 2024In reply to WHTJunior: This makes no sense. I turned off every addon that I thought had anything to do with these, and was able to get them to move. I then turned them back on one-by-one, until all of my addons are back on, and I am still able to move them. Must be Blizzard's spaghetti code.

Posted Jan 5, 2024The issue of Frame Positions being slightly off after /reload or reloging with remember positions permanently enabled and the scaling of windows being anything other than 100% is still occuring.
This issue has been posted to Github over a month ago with no actions taken. Needs attention, thanks.

Posted Dec 27, 2023I would like to say a BIG thank you! I've been using the addon for sooooo long and I love it. I generally have a small UI scaling and I really like it that way. But then unfortunately other windows are always VERY small! And this is where your addon helps. I then scale the other windows larger! Thank you. Is your donation button still current? I would like to support you.

I think the donate button is still up to date for Kiatra (the original author), I'm not sure if zaCada has any donate links (they're one of the current maintainers), my links you can find on any of my addon pages (I'm the other current maintainer :) )

Does anyone know how to move the achievement pop-up frame? Particularly, what is it called under the 'list of frames'?
Also, would there be a way to permanently lock frames irrespective of shift-move? Like a completely permanent option, as I simply use this addon to move the open bag position :)

there are no plans for some kind of toggle lock option, requiring shift to drag is the next best thing right now :)
