This is the only one of much addons i have installed since years,

while its really good and easy to use...

Please update it to work with patch 7.3.

How is this coming along mate? I love fishing ace by far. Fishing buddy never really did it for me.

I miss Fishing Ace, working as well. I had Fishing Buddy, and loved it. Yet just the click feature of Ace, with the lack of bloat on my map and things, was refreshing. Is there a way that the addon can tell when you are just fishing with the Blizzard Bamboo default pole? Sometimes bait just doesn't matter. And, I just want to see what's out there...for hours and hours...times 1000 casts...Like Margoss's Retreat in the Drowned Mana Pool..such fun!!!

I see... That would be great, as I prefer FishingAce! because of its simplicity. If the core Fishing Buddy is as simple as FishingAce! I would give it a try.

So I made the mistake of logging off with a fishing pole equipped and the enhance sound option enabled. Now everything is blasting all the time. I've unequipped the fishing pole, disabled the addon, completely removed the addon, and reset all settings for wow and the volume for everything in game is still at 10x what it used to be. (I got that number by having to set the master volume down to 10% just to make things tolerable). Yes I checked the volume of my computer itself, which is only at 20%, so that's not it either. Any idea what changed and how to undo it?

Hey, if you are going to turn sounds up by default when fishing gear is equipped, could you turn it back to the original settings when the gear is unequipped? 

This addon doesnt apply auto lure for me and it cant handle  [Captain Rumsey's Lager]. It should be updated to handle both. Also would be nice to pick which lure to set, either the fishing hat one or the one in the bag if there is a better one

 Yea same here, please update some of the things Venmore did call out, would be great to choose what lure it take, and maybe an selected sound when the fish it ready to catch, because sometimes i didnt even hear it while listning to music.

i found that when i double right click when looting the fish it loots and recasts at the same time.. hehe it is awesome!! :)

 i am losing a couple but like 2 in the last half hour of constant fishing like this. might just be me though.  thought i'dmenthion it.
