GatherMate

Table of Contents

This project is abandoned and its default file will likely not work with the most recent version of World of Warcraft. Whether this project is out of date or its author has marked it as abandoned, this project is no longer maintained.

Collects Herbs, Mines, Gas Clouds and Fishing locations and adds them to the worldmap and minimap.

Please note this has been replaced with GatherMate2 for Cataclysm and Mists of Pandaria.

Everything seems to work perfectly. But i have a problem gathermate wont show Arctic Clouds on the map, how is this fixed?

Make sure you when you import Data
you picked Gas clouds.. ( I do not think it imports those by default )

Also make sure under Filters / Gas Filter that Artic clouds is checked.

Alright, I've read all these comments and not one pertains to what has happened to me.

I love GatherMate, alot. But just a week before the 3.2 patch, it stopped working. I've turned off all my addons and just loaded it and still nothing. I've tried also other gathering addons and none of them work. Right now, I cant find any sort of information to help me fix this problem. If someone could offer any kind of suggestion, (Without calling me an idiot, please?) I would totally, 100% appreciate it. Thanks!

Hey I have a quick solution until update ;]
go to wow path /Interface/AddOns/GatherMate
look for file name GatherMate.toc open it for edit
PSPad or else editor and change the line
## Interface: 30100
to this
## Interface: 30200
work's for me xP

Hola, este es uno de mis addons preferidos, pero con la nueva actualización a dia de hoy 08/05/09, no funciona en absoluto, porfavor, os rogamos que lo actualizeis cuanto antes mejor, muchas gracias por vuestros servicios :)

When I loaded the GatherMate Data it put herbs and mining outcrops in hundreds of invalid places. For example, it added locations to Briarthorn in the middle of open fields where it didn't belong (Briarthorn only grows next to trees). Is there a way to fix this problem?

It seems that Gas Clouds are not handled. Is that correc or do I have a bad config?

There was a link to a new Collector.rar in a post but that link is bad.

If you have everything installed correct (its not that hard to do) everything will show as a colored dot to show a possible node. An empty red circle is an empmty node location. A circle with a yellow dot is an active node. As far as mining goes, each ore type has a different color dot for possible nodes. Making it easier to decide on paths to take to gather materials.

After I update GatherMate_Data my mining nodes are disappearing in Icecrown when I mine one of those combine spawn nodes (Same nodes can be Saronite, Rich Saronite or Titanium). I don't know if this is an issue with GatherMate_Data or GatherMate itself. Thanks!

ok so i got a problem. I installed gathermate + gathermate_data (into seperate folders in the interface/addons). I imported the data. I selected the filters to both "always show" and "only when tracking" (i've tried both). I bound a key for tracking. I've selected the mining filter. and i still dont get anything. I've read posts here and on the official website but i really don't understand what i'm doing wrong. are there any other filters that i need to change, or some settings, or does it clash with DBM or Recount or Omen? if not, please give me an idea...thank youu

Gascloud´s are BACK!! I´ve change some things in the Collector.lua to get Gascloud detection back. all you must made is place the Collector.rar in your

* wow\Interface\AddOns\GatherMate\Collector.rar and unpack and overwrite it

i hope my changes will be applayed in future version´s Mfg Devil™
