HandyNotes
Handy Notes for your maps. This addon is intended to be a small and simple framework for showing notes on your map.
Use /handynotes to access options.
You can add notes to the maps in 3 ways:
- Alt-RightClick on the world map to add a note.
- Use "/hnnew" without the quotes to add a note at your current location.
- Use "/hnnew x,y" without the quotes to add a note at location x,y on your current zone's map.

Hello Don Sefer , Yes, I tried it. The problem is that it does not always work correctly and sometimes the game tells you to disable the addon because it is not updated, consequently all the plugins that have been updated are in error.
this is one of my favorite addons and I hope they update it soon :)

Lets say I saved something on the WorldMap. The coordinates are about 65.93, 69.61.
The SavedVariables shows the following
The number in brackets is different. So how is it working?

i have a module for HandyNotes that show some notes / small icons on WorldMap that collide with Blizzard default icons. Consequently my icons are covered behind. Is it possible to control any sort of strata or layer which would HandyNotes notes always visible?

because I wanted to mark shrines for jewelcrafters. Currently, I have just changed one of your files that is the one that has a table that stores paths to icons. I added a new content and it works but I would probably have to do it every time I update the addon :) It's a small request :p

1) Can I provide a zone name? When I am in Port of Zandalar, the coordinates are not related to the zone Zuldazar but Dazar'alor. For instance I could not add a note for Shrine of Natures (In Zuldazar) when I was in Port of Zandalar.
2) Can I list all my notes?
3) Can i remove notes using command line?
4) How to create notes that load only when a specific character is online. It feels Handynotes creates notes using global profile! How to control it. Also how to "move" notes from global to specific profile?

Posted May 9, 2019why does handy notes, since the last update popps up ALL notes from a zone onto the minimap, when iam going into some underground,dungeon,or stuff like this .... ?
its like all nots from the whole area outside is displayed at the minimap and even on the zone map ( dungeon map or underground area maps )
