Added in next version. Currently testing phase. Note the version is not 0.28, but just 28 :)
If you are trying to force your guild to use it then make clear to them that it actually HELPS A TON. If they turn it off, they are noob retard healers that need to be shot ^^
We are currently trying to get the whole guild to use this addon. Some of the guild members (healers) are a bit fussy about there GUI, and feel the numbers interfeer.
Would it be possible to add an option to turn off the display, but keep sending data, so those in the guild that uses the numbers for healing, will still recieve the info, but those that don't want to see it still sends data to the rest of us?
I have looked at the code, and it was easy to find the function that updates the emergency monitor, but what function is used to update the ctra player icons ?
ps. Great addon I have reduced my overhealing with quite a bit :-)
pps. /ihout gives an error "Interface\AddOns\IcommingHeals\IncommingHeals.lua:244: Attempt to concatenate global 'IH_ON_SMALL' (a nill value)" Guess the varaible IH_ON_SMALL and IH_OFF_SMALL is nill. (version 0.28)
That's a great idea and I will do my best to add it to the next release. I'm already working on Prayer of Healing and it should be included in the next release as well.
Hi i just got this great and amazing addonn, very nice but would it be possible to add support for paladins divine favor, which makes the next heal crit. would be an amazing furture and u would be lovede by getting it in but even without its still super =)
Hey, would it be possible to add the healing incoming for Prayer of Healing? I know determining if people are in range might be difficult for that tho.
Also, a little option to show the healing deficit rather than total might be handy, since that is more what I am concerned about when throwing heals around. If not, it would be minor hack of the mod I could do on my part I bet.
I am a HUGE fan of this addon, people don't understand how valuable it is. Especially since they removed the ability to auto cancel heals if the person was healed before your heal lands.
Personally I'd rather know if I should waist the 2 seconds healing the person in the first place (as this mod allows me to do). However to make this more useful for those slackers that don't watch the info I have a suggestion.
When you start healing someone and your heal is going to be an overheal Have a warning show up in the middle of the screen saying how much the target is going to be overhealed (and the ammount of overhealing coming in on the target). Further improvements would allow the person to turn off this feature and set the warning to display only if the target is going to be overhealed by 'x' amount or more.
Advanced improvements would be like auto not casting a heal on a person if they have enough healing coming in anyways. (not making that applicable for instant cast heals) then put a timer on it for 1 second (or a time that the user defines) where the auto cancel heal on that target is disabled so they can heal them and over ride the auto cancel system.
I might look into adding this support my self. Let me know if you would like the help.
Eveytime i name a macro Regrowth, it gives me an error... and won't cast the spell. Servers aren't up yet so i can't recall the error, but i remember it having something to do with spell rank being a nil string? i think.
either way, i'll get more specifics later. The reason this is a problem for me is that i use TheoryCraft coupled with SpellOutMacro to provide tooltips for those spells.
and finally i have yet to see if it is actually a mod conflict... but with 130+ addons to go through i was waiting until today since i figured i'd have to go through them anyways. I've known about the error since v24...
Many mods now use click combo's to cast heals... will this detect those or no? I use Click Heal now and could not give it up. I had used CastParty but got tired of the lack of updates and the over all arguements between the dev team for it.
Healers Assist is much like this one but it used its own channel which is a pain when you have ctra channel as well as all the others. I love the idea here but agree with the poster who asked for the numbers to be on the emergancy monitor. The raid windows are a tad small and too much going on to try to read the numbers there.
After translating this into German I gave it out to my MC raid. A lot of chars using CastParty and other addons sent me the same erros as Gwyden has. After looking into the code I maybe found the problem. IH reads the rank of a cast spell out of the tooltip. When using heal addons the tooltip used is the spellbook tip, which dos not contain the rank information as the hotbar button does. This leads to the table nil errors. My fix for this was to replace the table rank data with the max spell power, it now works perfectly for CastParty, HealBot and others. Maybe Tattersail can take a look at this, with my link futher up.
Work fantastic, The problem I had last night was after I got DCd and came back the addon was throwing errors about a table being nil (into the chat area and not onscreen) and wouldn;t allow me to click heal people (i use Castparty to assign each of my different clicks t oa heal type)
The one concern I have is that most of the healing mods I've tried have required me to be targetting the person to be healed, then cast my heal, before they would work right.
The way I heal, since I only have one heal I use (I'm a Shaman, go figure), is to push my Lesser Healing Wave hotkey (#7, incidentally), then click on the frame of the person I'm healing (or on the Emergency Monitor, or whatever).
Since Shaman and Pallies can cast and swing (I don't think it's a bug, I think it's built into the classes) to a certain degree, this means I can target an enemy, beat em with my weapon and start a heal all at the same time.
At any rate, will this mod work with a hotkey heal?
I I did the changes needed in version 28, and now all the healers are using it (all though some of them have turned it off).
After I have tested version 29, I will push it out to the guild using uniadmin (such a nice tool) ;-)
Thanks for listening to my request and putting in the change, now I don't have to manually maintain a seperate version for my guild :-)
Ohh ya, sorry for the late reply, been a bit busy (RL suddenly stuck its head up and demanded more of my attention).

Right forgot about that one. Will try to fix it for next release.

Cheers! Finibhire.
Works fine now :)
Since 1.10 wow patch this mod doesn't work anymore

This doesn't work with the latest beta of CT_RA (1.52). Are you planning on adding support for this version?
1.501, 1.502 and 1.503 all work fine.
does this work with ctra 1.5.1?

k, now it works^^ but it would be better when it shows the inc heals in the emergency monitor instead of the grp buttons...
