Talented adds spec templates to the Talent UI.
Talented 3
Talented is getting a large update for wow 4. It will no longer replace the default UI but add a new Tab to it, with most of the previous functionality present.
There is an alpha release available on wowace. It's still missing some major parts, but it should give you an idea of the new interface.
Talented_Loader is no longer needed (and in fact will create problems if left installed, so remove it at once).
Update feature List
- Create and view templates for all classes and all pet types.
- Set a specific template as a target, and see it when you're spending your next talent point on level up.
- Apply complete templates with a single click, after a talent wipe.
- Hunters can view the spec of their pet and apply templates to them.
- Share your current build with other, or any template you've made.
- Import templates directly from the Blizzard Talent calculator, wowhead or wowdb.
- Export templates as URL to wowhead, wowdb or the Blizzard Talent calculator.
- Allow pet templates to be imported from and export to wowhead pet calculator.
- Inspection of other characters will also inspect their alternate spec, if they have one.
- A macro command /talented apply <template> allows to automatically apply a template based on its name.
I can confirm keLston's error. Received it by hitting the 'N' on the keyboard

-nnDoes Talented simply pull the icons/tooltips from the Blizz stuff or did you program each one? If the answer is the latter, the Infected Wounds tooltip is incorrect because as of 3.2, it does the full effect on the first Mangle, so it doesn't stack.
how do I save my talents each time you release a new talent download?
I love this addon.

I would've put it in a ticket if I knew where and how to make one :o
As I can't reproduce this error on my system, I'm unable to correctly understand and fix it.
Or is talented really one made for lvl 80s to RE-Spend their points?
If you have available points, the Talented frame should tell you so on the bottomright (look at the "Talented 2.0 target template" screenshot for an example).
How do I spend a talent point when I level?
This is a very basic thing to ask, but I can not figure it out for the life of me.
The latest version will instead remove points so that the template is valid for the new talents, and will warn you about it. You should always doublecheck them, though. Bottomline is: Talented will not remove a template anymore.
I was wondering if it could be somehow avoided. Moreover, when I try to import my templates that has been deleted from wowhead, it says that the url is invalid.
Thanks
I've scrolled through comments that I could see and don't see anyone asking this, although I'm sure at some point in the addon history, someone has thought "man, it would be so cool if I could actually save templates with names rather than Imported 1, 2, 3, etc."
Is this possible?
Would it be possible to instead of associating an addon with a profile to associate it with a spec. So for example I have mods which I use mainly when resto and those I use when elemental, Since they are all assigned to one character I end up with a screen that more cluttered than I would like. Would it be possible to have talented take a list of commands associated with a spec which would enable/disable certain addons depending on the talent profile that is active.
Just thought I would throw that out there been using talented for ages now and its ace. cheers for the work.
