About
Cryolysis 2 is sphere mod for mages that automates many common tasks and provides for an easy to use interface for casting spells. Cryolysis 2 provides you with a 10 circular buttons that surround an larger center sphere. The buttons are as follows:
- Food and Water: Allows easy conjuring, trading, and consuming of food and water.
- Mana Gem: Allows easy conjuring and consuming of mana gems.
- Evocation: Dedicated button for using Evocation.
- Mount: Allows easy use of your mounts.
- Teleport and Portal Menu: Organizes and provides easy access to your teleport and portal spells. Each city has it's own button.
- Buff Menu: Organizes your buffs into one easy to use menu. Buff buttons also have reagent counts where applicable.
- Custom Buttons: Three completely customizable buttons that can be assigned to spells, items, or macros.
Cryolysis 2 also comes with a full configuration menu that can be accessed by right-clicking the main center sphere, or by typing /cryo in chat.
Additional features include:
- Funny messages when using your mounts, teleports, portals, and several other spells. These can be toggled on and off as desired.
- Automatic reagent restocking
Past Versions
Cryolysis 2 is now the official release download.
Barring any unforeseen problems, Cryolysis 1 ("Revived", "Reborn", "New Beginning") will no longer be updated/supported. If there is a specific reason(s) you're using Version 1 and need a hot fix to keep it working, you can post here in comments (make sure you note that you are referring to Version 1) or send any member of the team a private message through Curse (list is in the top right corner), and we will try to implement fixes as time permits.

- Configuration Menu
To open the Configuration Menu, right-click the Main-Sphere. If you have hidden the main sphere, you can get a list of of commands by typing "/cryo". - Custom Buttons
Custom buttons can now use either spells, items, or macros. Make sure when setting up the custom buttons that you select the correct type (ie: spell, macro, item) and that you press Enter after typing in the name. If you don't press enter, your changes will not be saved. - Spell Timers
Timers have not been implemented yet. As such, the spell timers option should be turned off in the configuration menu for now. These will be implemented sometime after patch 2.4. - Messages/Speeches
Currently, Short Messages have not been implemented. There are a number of different options to display random messages:- USER: Messages will display for you only. Mildly useless, but the functionality is there.
- WORLD: Messages will display for /raid, bar that /party, bar that /say.
- GROUP: Messages will display for /raid, bar that /party, bar that it will remain silent. Old Cryo1 Behavior.
- RAID: Messages will display for /raid, bar that it will remain silent.
- PARTY: Messages will display for /party, bar that it will remain silent.
- SAY: Messages will display in /say.
- Localizations
To help localise Cryo2 in your language, download Cryo2 from WoWAce, edit your locale file in the /locales/ and send it to us. Files should be encoded in utf-8.

User input is very important, so please post here anything related to the mod's functionality with as much detail as possible. Please only post Cryolysis 2 errors, as the original Cryolysis will no longer be getting updated Thanks.

My problem WAS being unable to update. The portal to Theramore only was my reason for updating... But obviously my problem was with the ace updater, not with cryolysis itself. The version you linked works pefectly fine!

Posted Jun 24, 2008For both Theridan and Mikeia the portal to theramore HAS already been added. You need to dl the latest version from:
http://files.wowace.com/Cryolysis2/Cryolysis2.zip
Install and you will have Theramore tele and port.

Posted Jun 22, 2008great addon, but one constant issue bothering me
Version 70097 works perfectly fine, but whenever I update using wowace updater, I only get the sphere (somehow undead looking) and two separate buttons. I can't click anything, the first times I try, I get error messages.
Of course there is no real reason to update, but the portal to theramore would be nice... For about two months I tried updating whenever wowace updater told me there was a new version. I allready installed ACE 3 because this was mentioned in some post concerning the addon. I apologize if this issues has been adressed here before, but scanning through 40 pages is a bit too much for me right now.

Posted Jun 21, 2008i am also seeing that at least the bottom custom button isnt working right either. i can put manna biscuits in there and it works, but when i log out and get back on they are not in the button anymore but when i go into the settings the button is still set up for them and i have to put the cursor in the text window and hit return...and yes i do have them in my bags...hehe

Posted Jun 24, 2008Why do you have a custom button setup just for Mana biscuits? The Food/Water buttons automagically show and use the biscuits whenever they're in your bag. I would assume the fact that it's a summonable consumable which disappears after 15m logged-out is affecting the custom button's ability to associate the newly summoned biscuits with the ones that expired previously and which the button was set to.

Posted Jun 20, 2008I think i found a bug or whatever you wanna call it in the latest version. I cant seem to middle click the water and trade it. The food works fine. I did download again and reinstall and its still not working. Anyone else having this prob?

- change Cryo2FoodButton into Cryo2WaterButton (lines 38, 39, 40 and 42)

Posted Jun 17, 2008Love the add-on, been using it for a long time but...one thing id like to see changed is the food and water buttons both having the manna biscuits in them. With bliz limiting you to 80 biscuits now, there are times that i want to either just drink or eat and not use a biscuit. And when trading, if a non mana user needs food i would just give them food not biscuits. I set up the bottom config button to have the biscuits and would like the food and water to have just that...food and water not biscuits. I have been able to fix this in older vers. but in this new rewrite i havnt yet (just a part time program fixer). I know it sounds trite but i bet there are others that would agree. Let me know what you think...

Posted Jun 18, 2008i suggest to leave water+bread in the small buttons and eat a biscuit on a click at the main sphere, if tehre are biscuits in the bag. so we can individually trade bread+water, drink only water if we only need some mana, but also can press the mainspere to eat a biscuit, for example after resurrection.

Posted Jun 20, 2008i sent an email over to one of the authors about how to fix this. basically acelocale is being told to translate a word not in the list - 'Cryolysis'.
i also sent some changes to how the blame message works - let's see if they get accepted.

Posted Jun 15, 2008It was just me, I downloaded the new version and now I have the Theramore ports. However, I also have the same problem as spr808 with the error message when the sheep breaks. Timers and messages are off.

Posted Jun 19, 2008i can confirm that r76630 does fix the bugs with annoying dialogs - one on poly and the other when a 3rd party casts poly.
