RaidWatch 2
Raid Watch 2
Raid Watch is an addon for tracking events during boss fights in both raid and 5-men dungeons. It will keep track of important boss cooldowns, warn for events that requires the users attention and inform about some things that happen around him. It will do this in the form of timer bars, sounds, big warning text accompanied with a screen flash for the most important stuff and small text messages for less important things, direction arrow and more.
Raid Watch also have some functionality that is useful outside of boss fights, such as in game eqDKP display.
I have decided to disable the comments on curse.com since they are hard to keep track of, so instead:

From version 1.46 there is now a new module that handles the new alternate power bar that blizzard added. This bar is used in a few encounters and quests so far, for example Cho'gall for the corruption and Atramedes for the sound bar. This new plugin let you position it, or hide it completely and instead show a normal bar using the multi-purpose bar plugin that is used for health bars and other small things atm. The options for this plugin can be found under Plugins -> Alternate Power Bar.

Features
- Timer bars Gives an easy overview of given events during an encounter
- All timers will move between 2 or 3 anchors depending on their the length of the duration they have left. These anchors can be moved freely and placed individually. You can also configure at what duration they should move to each anchor.
- Personal warnings Easy to react to message that is only shown to yourself when it concerns you
- Messages Messages show about events happening to the raid or the boss in question.
- Health frames Shows the current health of the boss, and also npcs when usefull. Can also be used to show other things besides health. One example i the Blood Power stacks in the Deathbringer Saurfang encounter.
- Raid marking Automatic raid marks for important events that happen to players or NPCs.
- Directions For some events you will get arrows pointing towards the point of interest.
- Customization
- Each event that is tracked in an encounter have detailed settings where you can turn of messages, timers and icons individually depending on your current role.
- Colors and sounds can be individually set for each type of warning for each event.
- Fonts, textures and colors can also be set on a global space to be able to make fast changes and have a uniform look of all objects.
- Statistics You can see how many times you have done each encounter, how many times you defeated it, how many wipes. You can also see your fastest kill so far. All this is recorded separately for 10- and 25-men raid and also for normal and heroic.
- Load on Demand All boss mods are in their own modules and are not loaded into memory until they are needed, and this will be done automatically. But can also be loaded manually if needed for configuration before raids.
Including mods for
- The Ruby Sanctum
- Icecrown Citadell
- Crusaders Coliseum
- Ulduar
- Vault of Archavon
- 5-men
- Forge of Souls
- Pit of Saron
- Trial of the Champion
Localization
Raid Watch 2 is fully or partially translated to most languages, but could use some more people to help with the translation as they are important to make the mods to work for all languages. At any point where boss emotes or yells are used as triggers it will or may not work on other clients. But things that only rely on combat log events will still work.
If you want to contribute to the localization simply go to the Localization page or click the localization tab up top and then on your language and start translating. It is open for anyone as long as you have an account here.

I have it tested yesterday and must say very very brilliant work! I think after the test is actually a lot better than DBM or BigWigs, because it displays the visualization particularly intrigued inexperienced players better and faster what is happening
Today I'm going to look more closely at the configuration options, as I feel for some of the progress bar to Large.
Lastly, 5 out of 5 stars, and to all uninstalled DBM or BigWigs, Raid Watch 2 is better!
Ah, then its probably the localization for the french versions of the Yells the ncps do when you start the encounter that isnt correct. If they are not correctly translated the mod wont start the mod for the encounter.
ok yesterday during Gunship Battle, no boss frames available if I remember well.
I'll try this tonight again.
i find very usefull to see the boss health while fighting to be able to announce phases for example ...
another little annoying thing is about the arrows, the skin used isn't very lisible imo... What about DXE or questhelper skins which are more lisible (for me )
very good job by the way and thanks a lot for this wonderful addon.
I try to help with french localization to give my contribution ^^
PS : sry for my bad english :p
The health frames are not "boss health frames" in the way that they show up in every encounter. They are just showing up when it seems reasonable to need them. For example Gunship battle in Icecrown and for the Snaplasher, Stormlasher and Water Spirit in the Freya encounter in Ulduar and so on.
hello
boss health frames not showing up on french client ?
but special capacity from boss seem to work (Saurcroc's blood power , etc ...)
any idea ?
I am afraid that it is not possible to turn of the support for AVR as it is today, but it will be in the future.
Seems to be a great addon! I will test it on my nex raid. Could you add the posibility to disable the AVR fuctions? I'm using AVR Encounters at the moment and don't want them to interfere with each other.
All raid markings are disabled by default, so it should not be any problem. But there is no way to globally disable them once you have turned some of them on. To enable and disable the marking you go into the options for each boss and click on details for any of the spells/events that have icons attached to them.
Is there anyway to globally disable icon marking? I'm testing this as a replacement for DBM, but I want to leave icons to another officer.

Have fun with the circles!
"support for AVR"?!?! How to? Any detail? =)
The Malleable Goo spell does not have a target on heroic versions. Neither the Festergut nor the Putricide mods can have warnings for that. If another mod has some way to catch those, please let us know.
Edit: Nevermind. It was fixed server side at some point. It's working correctly for 25man Putricide heroic at least on the newest alpha (and theres some LK heroic stuff aswell)
Mangeg i was in Heroc mode in ICC10 yesterday and saw that @ Festergut Malleable Goo Warning is not working. Can u able to put mark system for that Goo throwing from balcony aswell which will ease fight alot.
Keep up the great work.awesome addon
Fixed the slash commands now. All working again.
If you update to one of the alpha or beta versions after the latest release and have the Minimap button disabled, you cant access the options via slash command /rw2 or /mrw even if you updated. As a workaround for now you can edit the Savedvariables of RaidWatch.lua (WTF/Account/Accountname/Savedvariables/Raidwatch.lua).
Search for "minimap" in that file. You should find ["profiles"] = { ["Default"] = { ["minimap"] = { ["hide"] = true,
Set the "true" to "false" and you will have the minimap button showing up to access the options. Don't turn the button off for now (until next release).
Examples where they will show are Gunship Battle, Dreamwalker Valithria.
Also note that they are not always used as health frames, for example in the Lady Deathwhisper encounter it will show the current mana she has, at Deathbringer Saurfang it will show the current blood power.
