Migrating settings
If you have the settings from the old Threat Plates addon you can go in \World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\<account_name>\SavedVariables and make a copy of TidyPlates_ThreatPlates.lua with the name TidyPlates_Threat.lua. Then open the newly created file with a text editor and on the second row replace the name with TidyPlatesThreatDB.
You can do this from blizzards options. Enable names for all. And Nameplates only for enemies.
Hey IceEagle. This doesn't do what I've specified. This only affects the text above an NPC if nameplates are off. This doesn't affect nameplates or the text you get from ThreatPlates at all.
I see, I'll add 2 checkboxes to enable the healthbar for friendly/enemy.
I'm guessing you want something similar to what Schanz wrote below: http://i.imgur.com/VtzWi6D.jpg. This also requires options to class color the name text.
I'm not sure if this is due to the new patch but I'm having troubles with widgets showing, mainly dots. Everything is enabled including show all my auras but for some reason (as warlock for example) I can't see dots but I can see drain life, shadow burn etc.
Another question - is it possible to enable Color HP by amount + having "Enable enemy class colors" together, like in threat plates (for pve/pvp reasons)? Currently, you need to activate on or the other.
On wowinterface, I found an other update of the original work of SuicidalKatt:

The link was in the comment of the original page:

I linked this to suggest Iceeagle to contact Blacksalsify to join forces in order to speed up development of the module.
Is the arena widget working? I have the arena widget enabled but it doesn't show the orbs.
I didn't test the arena widget yet.
I dunno if this is a bug, or something to do with this most recent update, but I was all excited to see this addon be brought back. I spent like an hour setting it up again the way I used to have them in WoD, even saved it as a profile. Log in today, profile is gone >.>
Is this something that needs a fix? Are profiles not working? Cause I won't be able to use this unless it is for sure going to be saved for good, cause I'm not spending an hour per toon per login re-doing my threat plates
1.0-beta had a bug that would not save the settings.
If you have the settings from the old Threat Plates addon you can go in \World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\<account_name>\SavedVariables and make a copy of TidyPlates_ThreatPlates.lua with the name TidyPlates_Threat.lua. Then open the newly created file with a text editor and on the second row replace the name with TidyPlatesThreatDB
FUCK YESS!!!!!!
Oh this is awesome to know!!!
Quick question. It appears that even with this module on the name plates remain red even if you have threat. What needs to change to make it switch from red to green when you have threat and yellow when you're losing threat?
Color change by threat is probably broken after the legion patch. I need to test and fix it.
Is there a way with this addon I can remove friendly targets nameplates and replace them with class colored name text instead? like this picture on the left side:
http://i.imgur.com/VtzWi6D.jpg
I added some code for this. Check the Name Text options.
Can't even select Threat in Tidy Plates, it does not show up in the theme list.
Addon seems to be loading fine though, I can see the option, just not enable it.
Every time login game need ”/tptp” open set, then Aura widget can show。
if don't open /tptp,Aura widget can not be displayed on the blood bar。
should be fixed in the latest alpha
Thanks for your reply.
but now seems that can not display some debuffs or dots(like fire 31661and12654).
but Druid 164812,164815 can show.
at last,i find loading game first use Primary skin "Neon" to attack training dummy and change skin"Threat" later, the 31661,12654 can diplayed again.
