NotesUNeed.lua:11558:attempt to call field 'NuNOri_AddMessage' (a nil value)
I tried rolling NUN back to version 6.53.3000, but get the same error (at line 11555). But if I use WIM v3.0.5b with either version of NUN, I do not get the error and my custom chat window works fine.
Could WIM v3.0.6 and NUN be fighting over the output of chat info into custom chat tabs?
Right click on the "General" tab in the default chat window, and choose to create a new window, giving it a name such as "Guild". Right click on that new tab name and choose "Settings", then turn off all options except Guild chat and Raid chat, then choose OK to save those settings. Logout of that character, then log back in with them, and see if you can see any guild or raid chat.
I updated to v3.0.6 yesterday afternoon, did a couple of dailies on my druid and thought things were pretty quiet in guild chat prior to our scheduled raid, but not thinking anything of it. Once it was time to raid and I was in raid, I realized that I wasn't seeing any raid chat either. I switched over to my General tab in the chat window and saw all of the raid and guild chat I had been missing (I use my custom chat tab most of the time, to screen out all the General, Defense and Trade channel banter). I tried deleting the custom chat tab and recreating it, but the problem persisted. After the raid, I rolled back to v3.0.5b, then logged back in and my custom tab worked fine again.
I use many different mods, so I can't tell if this is a problem caused specifically by WIM v3.0.6, or if this new version is having a conflict with my other mod(s) to cause this issue to happen.
Let me know if there is additional information I need to provide.
For example the removing the minimap button and smileys on whispers, it comes back after a relog...
Much needed update, although I still notice lockups here and there. When whispering my target using /tt (Addon Chatter's feature), and closing a window occasionally. Will test it out for a few days.
