This is a big update and to me and WIM's testers, seems to be stable enough to define it as a release. Please read the change log and remember to restart your game after updating. To see the change log in-game, type /wim changelog

Does this mod give you the option of being told when someone on your friends list comes online? Like with a sound or something? I am always missing my friends coming online because I get too involved in the game and don't see the little message in the chat box.

I sometimes have the problem that I receive a new message only when sending one. That makes chatting with some people very difficult.

if at all possible, the only thing i miss from wim2 is tabbing to switch between chat windows

Just wanted to let you know WIM is not working on the ptr

Interface\AddOns\WIM\LIBS\Astrolabe\Astrolabe.lua:370:attempt to index 'MinimapCompassRing' (a nil value)

Also
When trying to set the window spawn point. (the options menu opens btw)

Interface\AddOns\WIM\Sources\WindowHandler.lua:767:attempt to index a nil value.

Please fix it amg.

I went ahead and installed WIM, but then removed it. I didn't get any errors, except that it wouldn't hold my settings between logins. I dearly hope this lovely mod is updated soon. I appreciate the work that Pazza and sylvanaar have done in making this available in the first place.

Updates have all been released to beta testers and not the public. still things being fixed here and there, All issues are being addressed. Please be patient as tax season for the author is VERY BUSY. Sometimes life > wow, go figure.

Really buggy right now (at least for me). I get random errors sometimes when I log in, and most of the time when I start chatting with someone WIM sends them a message like "WIMInitalize3.0" or something like that.

Uninstalled. Please fix it!

I've noticed that I need to recieve or send whispers twice in order to see them show up. Also, when I do a /who it doesn't show the list in the chat window.

How do I re-size the chat history window ?
For some strange reason I was able to re-size (enlarge) it so that it's bigger than my screen resolution, and now I can't reach the lower right corner in order to re-size (shrink) the window again.

See http://www.warcraftrealms.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=33996 for the issue I'm having - a conflict between Census and WIM which causes highly annoying who window behaviour.

Can you two authors get together and make sweet beautiful programming to resolve this? :-) I like both addons and don't want to be without either, if possible.

Hello sir , love this addon but since 3.x Wim hasn't supported the letters Å Ä Ö that is used in alot of countries in Europe example: Sweden,Finland,Danmark etc. I would love if you could fix this so those letters wont be replaced with ? <-- that one :P <3

Since 3.0.8a this addons is behaving a little strange. It doesn't want to show incoming whispers from any people unless they're in my friends list.

Had a bunch of guys just going nuts on me because I thought they weren't answering :-)

I'm having the same problem, on some characters I can't seem to get whispers from anyone outside of my friendslist.
Another problem I'm having is that I can't use the tab key to cycle through my whispers.

I checked around a bit with my other add ons and found out that Spam Me Not isn't being updated anymore.
Some people had the same problem with spam me not (not getting whispers) so I disabled the add on and all seems normal now. Might be something to try.
