World Quest Assistant
WQA helps you find world quest groups quickly and easily.
With just a couple of clicks, you can easily find and join a group, or create your own. When you are in proximity of a world quest, WQA will offer to find or create a group for you. One click of the button finds all open groups and another click will start applying to join them. Or, you can create your own group with a single click.
Key features:
- One-click support to find a group, create a new group, or join existing groups
- Keybinding support for full automation - just set the bind and then tap it to find or apply to groups, accept a group invite, create a new group, or leave a group after quest completion.
- Allows you to create a new group on demand - no waiting for group finder timeouts. Open up your quest to others without having to wait for a server jump.
- Allows you to prefer to connect to groups on your home realm, completely avoiding server jumps.
- Can leave groups automatically after a configurable delay on quest completion, or stay in the group with a keybind you set.
- Can find groups for quests by middle-clicking their icons on the map. Handy when you're sitting around waiting for that mob to spawn! Works with both the base UI and World Quest Tracker.

Posted May 22, 2017the bug i reported seems to have gotten worse over the builds, create new group.. it invites 1 person then delists you. also i'm not able to get the hotkey to search for new group, i bound it, press it when in that area and it does nothing.

Posted May 17, 2017One small bug I noticed when multiple WQs overlap in one area: If you complete a WQ that you aren't in a group for, it will send the message that you've finished the wrong WQ and ask if you want to leave the party. For example, in Azsuna there might be 2 WQs at the ghost area, one to pick up 3 books, and another to kill spirits and a named mob. If you are in a group for the latter, and pick up all 3 books, it'll say the other quest is complete and ask to leave group, when it shouldn't.

Posted May 17, 2017Not sure if this has been attempted before, but a suggestion: Just as we can middle-click to form/join groups for WQS, is it possible to add the same functionality to the skulls on Broken Shore?
In other words, right-clicking a Skull on the Broken Shore to form/join a group for that Elite.

Posted May 16, 2017I too am having a huge problem with the addon saying only 1 or 2 groups are found, however upon using the default UI at least 10+ are found. Why is this? D:
(Some of the descriptions were in other languages Russian/Spanish etc but group name was in english)

Posted May 15, 2017Sometimes when I'm in a group I'll suddenly leave group for no reason even though I'm not even doing any world quests. This happened while inside Court of Stars for a M+ run once (though it wasn't a big deal, I was just reinvited)
I think it might be related to the "Leave when flying" option or something?

Posted May 15, 2017Yikes. I thought I had the group leave stuff tamped down. I'll double-check it - it shouldn't *ever* be leaving while in an instance. I've seen the "silent party drop" happen but there's no "You leave the party" message, which is somewhat confusing!

Posted May 15, 2017You can track up to 5 world quests by sift clicking them on the map (or any other addon).
However, after tracking them and you middle click on the icon on the world map, the quests is untracked (but the search and invite process is started).
I'm also using Kaliel's tacker. Could it be made possible to middle click the world quests in the tracked list of world quests (used to be possible in WQGF)

Posted May 15, 2017Yeah, the untrack is a side effect of the hooking that is done to add the middle-click functionality. I may be able to keep it from untracking the quest if it was tracked prior to the click - I'll see what I can do.
Middle-click on a quest might be doable. I'll see if I can add that as an option.

Posted May 14, 2017Very often when i fly to a new WQ it says that there are zero groups open... But when i search manually i find >5 groups with open spaces! This addon makes no sense so, even it is more handy than WQGF

Posted May 14, 2017What is your client locale, and are you on the latest version? I relaxed the matching requirements a bit to facilitate groups across languages.
If you have "join pvp" unchecked then it'll ignore any groups led by people on pvp servers, as well.

Using the newest version via twitch app and german client.
Happend with many quests minutes before. When i do the search via the eye from the addon it shows much fewer open groups than the standard search from the normal wq :(

Posted May 15, 2017I'm on an enUS client in the NA region, so my cross-language testing is somewhat limited. I've been able to successfully find Spanish-language groups with the search, though.
I'll keep working on it, though - if the base UI can do it, then WQA should be able to too!

I already know that there are 3 keybinding options available, but if I wanted to macro Automation Keybind, Cancel group leave, and Create a new group, how would I format these? (i.e. /click [button]).

(I don't guarantee that those method names won't change, but I don't expect them to)

Posted May 12, 2017I 've noticed sometimes while i pick NEW group it'll invite just 1 person then delist the group, any idea why? or anyone else seen this? happens sometimes when i boot people for being afk/flying/out of range. it'll kick them then leave me not in a que.
