About YurrCombatLog

YurrCombatLog is a replacement for Blizzard_CombatLog in the style of SimpleCombatLog.

Features

Lightweight
Replace Blizzard_CombatLog events with a reformatted events so it's faster to read what information you want when the combat log is scrolling very fast
Colors of names are different for You, Pets, Enemies, Party, Raid, Guardians/Totems or color names by their class
Fully customizable filtering system
Blacklisting of auras to prevent spamming
Watch single units to see what happened to them (death tracking). Useful in raids to see why a tank died for example
Custom quick button frame like the one from Blizzard_CombatLog more tiny
Load on Demand options

Usage

type /ycl to open the settings
YurrCombatLog provides a LibDataBroker-1.1 object. You will need a display addon like ButtonBin, Carousel, Fortress, StatBlockCore, ChocolateBar, DockingStation, NinjaPanel or Titan Panel to name just a few.

Is there somewhere that describes how to set up the filters? Maybe it's me but it seems real confusing.. for excample when checking a box.. is that what you're filtering OUT, or what you're allowing IN?

No matter what settings I try to set up I can't seem to get them correct.

I tried going back to the 'default' and even the defaults seem odd.. for example turning all filters OFF I'd expect to see every possible line in chat.. and I do.. then I turn on the "Everything" filter and still everything comes thru....

What am I doing wrong?

I'd like to know this also.. looked through the filters a lot. Disabled 'create' in all filters, even /rl UI but it didn't help. the create spam is the only thing thats bugging me right now
help?

spend a day trying to figure it out and 5 minutes after I post I get it. nothing to do with this addon, you have to uncheck these things from the default log i.e. right click combat tab > settings > other

sorry for the pointless question. GOOD ADDON <3

Oh and i only want to see if people use the healthstones and frost protection potions nothing else no auras etc

Maybe i need to add something alternative besides just whitelisting stuff? Activating something? And yes i've activated whitelist tickbox.

Need some help regarding whitelist.
Can't seem to whitelist certain things like healthstones and frost pots What am i doing wrong isnt actually clear to me.
Could someone guide me through it so it only shows healthstones and frost protection potions?

really a nice addon. I like it much more than the standard CL output but I miss one thing - the "clickable" skills. So that you can easily click on a kill and get the tooltip info displayed as if you post a spell in the chat. I liked that option since I don't know every skill ingame and this is a nice option to see what had hit me.

Um, are you using the latest version? This would only happen if you use an older version which doesn't support new arguments added in patch 3.2.

Getting loads of stuttering in the game with yurr enabled and doing anything that shows up in the combat log. As my main is a resto druid, I tend to have ALOT of action going on in the log, making the game basically a fancy slideshow :)

Anyone else noticed this? And yes, I have of course updated to the latest version, uninstalled it, reinstalled it, and so on.
