About YurrCombatLog

YurrCombatLog is a replacement for Blizzard_CombatLog in the style of SimpleCombatLog.

Features

Lightweight
Replace Blizzard_CombatLog events with a reformatted events so it's faster to read what information you want when the combat log is scrolling very fast
Colors of names are different for You, Pets, Enemies, Party, Raid, Guardians/Totems or color names by their class
Fully customizable filtering system
Blacklisting of auras to prevent spamming
Watch single units to see what happened to them (death tracking). Useful in raids to see why a tank died for example
Custom quick button frame like the one from Blizzard_CombatLog more tiny
Load on Demand options

Usage

type /ycl to open the settings
YurrCombatLog provides a LibDataBroker-1.1 object. You will need a display addon like ButtonBin, Carousel, Fortress, StatBlockCore, ChocolateBar, DockingStation, NinjaPanel or Titan Panel to name just a few.

Um, wait, you are selecting the wrong filter. If the source and destination is both You then you got to disable it in "To me" and in "By me".

Um, have you clicked "Apply" after you deselected Aura applied, Aura refreshed, Aura stack applied, Aura removed, Spell aura broken, Aura broken?

Great to see Blacklists added - I can finally filter out the Healing Stream Totem spam every 2 seconds. Thanks!

Only issue I still have is I cannot filter out buffs at all? For example if I cast Riptide on myself I get

[You] ++ Riptide [You]
and [You] -- Riptide [You]

Even with all the following off: Aura applied, Aura refreshed, Aura stack applied, Aura removed, Spell aura broken, Aura broken I still can't turn these buffs off?

Is there any way other than adding a blacklist for every buff? I must be missing something?

Teura: Time stamps are back but I haven't planned to add the feature to move the time stamp to the end of the line, sorry.

These are from the chatframe itself not from my addon, you can disable it in it's settings. Just rightclick the chat tab of the frame and click settings, there you can disable what you don't want :)

Hi copystring :)

I was wondering if it was possible to hide all the crafting messages (ie 'XXX creates Infused Mushroom Meatloaf' etc...)? I tried messing with the options but couldn't get it properly :( Sorry if this has already been asked, I searched the forum and couldn't find anything about it.

Has the latest version removed the possibility for timestamps?

At least I can't see the option to turn them on anywhere.
And if it's there and I'm missing it, or if it'll be reintroduced, then I request the possibility to select if they're before or after the actual event.
I use my combat log justified right, so I manually edited 0.5 RC1 to show the timestamp after the event to make it look better for me.

solor, yes i noticed that today, it's a missing spell school i will upload a new version soon it will contain that spell school and properly display it in the combat log

random bug, for example its always when i tank mirmon plasma blasts

Yes, I changed the default output frame to the frame I use for my combat log, it being 2... could the problem be, that I defined the standard blizzard combat log as the output frame?

neron4gt, have you changed the default outputFrame? otherwise i am not sure why it doesn't work for you, do you get any errors?

Thanks for this wonderful addon!

I have a problem, everytime I log in, I have to pull up the Yurr Config and refilter first to get the log started properly... before that, the standard Blizzard Combat Log is active, and when I start the Blizzard Config, it replaces Yurr again...

Please report the errors so i can look into it. I've been in ulduar plenty of times and i never seen any errors.

combat log does not work in ulduar, starts from first boss Leviathan it givs an error and continue on all other bosses
